Founded in 2022 by a group of fitness enthusiasts, Energy Zone® has come a long way from its beginnings in a small studio. When we first started out, our passion for activewear and belief in quality, durable fabrics drove us to learn everything there was to know about athletic apparel design and manufacturing. We poured our hearts into bringing the very first line of Energy Zone® leggings to life in Los Angeles, California. The positive response from our initial customers made us realize we were onto something special. We knew we had to keep growing our product line and making activewear accessible to more people across the country.
Today, we operate both online and in select retail outlets, proudly serving customers of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds. Over the years, our collection has grown to include yoga pants, shorts, tops, bras, and more for both women and men. However, our focus remains on crafting activewear that moves with you and makes you feel good from the inside out.

Our Commitment to Quality
At Energy Zone®, we take pride in crafting premium activewear that combines performance and style.
It starts with our fabrics – we meticulously test materials like nylon, polyester, spandex and more from trusted mills to ensure they offer the right stretch, compression, opacity, breathability and durability for the product.
Then comes fit testing – we fit our designs on diverse body types and listen to feedback to perfect the sizing, shape and elasticity before going into production.
Finally, quality assurance – all finished garments undergo thorough examinations by our QA team and consumer wear testing. Only pieces meeting our stringent standards ship to customers.
We also manufacture in an ethical, sustainable manner in our own factories. This hands-on approach means we control every aspect of the process while providing fair working conditions.
Giving Back
In 2019, we launched the Energy Zone® Moves for Good initiative to help make fitness and wellness activities more accessible in our community. A portion of each sale goes towards providing grants and scholarships for programs that bring yoga, dance, sports and more to schools and organizations in disadvantaged neighborhoods.
We also partner with charities like Girls on the Run, an organization that inspires young girls through physical activity. Energy Zone® has sponsored teams and donated clothes for participants.
